The APR, credit limit and any promotions that you’re offered will depend on the assessment of your application. Your standard interest rate will apply to the balance in your credit account which is not in an instalment plan. Instalment plans will remain at the rate they are offered unless you cancel a plan or miss a payment, then your standard interest rate will apply instead.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased on Black Horse FlexPay?
If you buy something using FlexPay and change your mind within the retailer’s return or refund period, your refund will return to your FlexPay account when the retailer processes it. This will be reflected in your balance on your app as well as on your online account manager and your next statement.
